01 How to start

From first message to first order

Everything happens inside Telegram — and when you are ready to automate, the same account works with the API.

  1. Press Start in the bot

    Open @TheNexaToolsBot in Telegram and press Start. Your reseller account is created instantly.

  2. Top up your wallet

    Tap Top up, choose an amount and pay at the checkout page. The balance is credited automatically once the payment confirms.

  3. Order in the chat — or by API

    Open Products, pick a service and buy. Selling from your own shop or bot? Tap API key → Generate.

  4. Receive your delivery

    Codes and links arrive in the chat, most within seconds. Past orders are listed under My orders.

02 Payments & top-ups

Top up in crypto, credited automatically

Your wallet is kept in US dollars, the same currency as every price. Pay with USDT · BEP20 — send only that asset on that network; anything else cannot be credited. No ticket, no waiting for someone to confirm it.

  1. Choose an amount

    In the bot, tap Top up and pick an amount — the minimum and maximum set by the shop are shown there.

  2. Pay at the checkout page

    Every top-up opens its own checkout with a one-time address. Send the exact amount shown there.

  3. Credited on confirmation

    The balance is credited automatically, minus the gateway fee, as soon as the payment confirms.

  4. Check any payment

    Tap Check payment or open My payments in the bot. Over the API, GET /api/v1/topup/{id} re-checks one payment and GET /api/v1/topups lists the last 25.

03 Delivery & refunds

Every order ends one of three ways

Each order is paid from your wallet in one atomic step — you are never charged without an order. What happens next depends only on stock.

    In the bot, tap API key → Generate. It is shown exactly once and stored hashed on our side.

How do I start?

Open our Telegram bot @TheNexaToolsBot and press Start — your reseller account is created instantly. Top up your wallet, then buy right in the chat or generate an API key for your own shop.

How fast is delivery?

Most items arrive within seconds — in the bot chat or directly in the API response. If in-house stock runs short, the order is charged, queued and delivered first in, first out on restock. If a supplier service is out, the order is refused and nothing is charged; if a supplier fails after purchase, you are refunded automatically. Social media boosts (followers, likes, views) are different: delivery starts at the panel within minutes and completes over hours, and anything not delivered is refunded.

How do I pay?

Top up your wallet with USDT on the BEP20 network. Each top-up opens its own checkout — send only that asset on that network, anything else cannot be credited. The balance is credited automatically, minus the gateway fee, as soon as the payment confirms.

Can I connect my own shop or bot?

Yes. Every reseller can issue an API key: live catalogue and stock, exact quotes, idempotent orders and signed webhooks. Everything is described in the API documentation.

What does “multiple sources” mean?

Many services are available from more than one source. The cheapest in-stock source is listed first and you can pick another one if you prefer.

What if an order fails?

Orders that cannot be fulfilled are refunded to your wallet automatically. If only part of an order can be fulfilled, you receive what was delivered and the rest is refunded. Our support is available at @sajidofficial_chatbot.
